NY EDEN — The Planning Board unanimously approved an accessory building application from John and Wendy Venditti for a pole barn forward of the primary structure at 3816 Hardt Road. The barn will be positioned 18 feet forward of the house and garage and 63 feet from the property line, for storage of hobby tools and recreational equipment. The Planning Board required a roof pitch of 6/12 and three 36-inch by 54-inch windows on the street-facing facade to match the primary residence.
Chairman Dan Buchanan moved for approval, seconded by Katrina Schmitt-Ruof, with all members voting in favor. The Board also tabled a site plan review from Southwest Supply pending additional information.
