NY EDEN — The Eden Planning Board approved corrected July minutes and tabled one application to September. The Board unanimously approved the July 1 minutes after member Joe Eppolito noted the National Grid address should be 9733 Gowanda State Road, and tabled 7828 East Eden Road at the applicant's request. In a work session, owner James Sickau and counsel Ari Goldberg heard detailed requirements for Southwest Supply's site plan at 7341 Southwestern Boulevard, including Department of Transportation and Erie County Water Authority permits; revised air quality certification; and four building permits, with the Board stressing that agency approvals must be in place before site plan approval can proceed.
