NY EDEN — Eden Planning Board unanimously approves site plan for new National Grid substation. The board, led by Chairman Dan Buchanan, heard from National Grid Project Manager David Saxton and counsel Corey Auerbach of Barclay Damon regarding the updated site plan at 9733 Gowanda State Road. The applicant noted design changes including black fencing and confirmed the temporary driveway would be removed.
Vice Chair Andy Romanowski moved to approve, seconded by Katrina Schmitt-Ruof, with all members voting in favor. The board later discovered black fencing was not detailed on the submitted plan, requiring corrected plans before the building permit can be issued.
