NY EDEN — Eden Planning Board unanimously approves National Grid substation site plan with conditions. The board, led by Chairman Dan Buchanan with members Frank Meyer, Vice Chair Andy Romanowski, and Katrina Schmitt-Ruof participating, heard from David Saxton, National Grid's project manager, and counsel Corey Auerbach of Barclay Damon on the 9733 Gowanda State Road project. Following the unanimous vote, Code Enforcement Officer Glenn Christner and the board discovered the black fencing referenced by the applicant was not actually depicted on the submitted plans, requiring submission of corrected plans before the building permit can be issued.
