NY EDEN — Eden Planning Board outlines conditions for Southwest Supply expansion site plan. The board, chaired by Dan Buchanan, specified that approvals from the Department of Transportation, revised DEC air pollution certificate, and Erie County Water Authority must be secured before approval.
