NY EDEN — Planning Board defers Southwest Materials site plan without approval. The Board continued its review of a retroactive site plan for 7341 Southwestern Boulevard, citing deficiencies in stormwater, utilities, and environmental assessment documents, and required the applicant, Civil Engineer Jon Barniak of Carmina Wood Design, to resubmit with documentation addressing 11.7 acres of site disturbance and updates to the property's air pollution permit. The Board will hold a public hearing in June and set a $5,000 escrow for Evergreen Acres III, Phase I.
