NY EDEN — Planning Board reviews 78.5-acre subdivision proposal; suggests applicant consider expanded scope or developer partnership. The Planning Board held an initial review of a proposal to subdivide a 78.5-acre parcel into eight lots at 2305 Eden Evans Center Road. Applicant Dennis Lardo indicated that expanding the number of lots would require significant time and money.
The board suggested Mr. Lardo consider engaging a developer or allowing a developer to purchase the land for a larger subdivision. If Mr.
Lardo wishes to proceed with the eight-lot plan and appear on the October agenda, he must notify the Building Department within two weeks.
