NY EDEN — Zoning Board extends solar variances while delaying decision on residential garage variance. The board unanimously extended use variances for RIC Energy solar farms at 2394 West Church Street and 2023 Eden Evans Center Road until September 17, 2027, allowing the utility to continue planning as it awaits design specifications from its engineering partner. The board separately tabled a variance request from Giovanni and Estelle Schifano for an attached garage at 2356 March Road that would violate the 25-foot side yard setback, pending submission of more complete drawings and a building permit application showing the exact location of the proposed garage wall.
